Confident kids make kinder kids. Children are taught to avoid fights when possible and use Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to safely neutralize and control situations.

Are parents allowed to watch?

Yes. Parents are encouraged to watch kids classes and may also train in adult classes.

Do I need to be fit or athletic for this?

No fitness or athletic background is required. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu focuses on technique rather than strength.

What do I need to bring to my first martial arts lesson?

A gi is provided for your first class. Wear comfortable clothing underneath such as leggings and a t-shirt or rashguard.
